2) Cancellations Due to Weather or Force Majeure

  • Flights may be canceled or rescheduled by the operator in the event of adverse meteorological conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, air traffic restrictions, or safety concerns.

In such cases, the client shall have the right to either:

3) Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund requests must clearly include the booking reference, passenger details, and proof of purchase.
  • The operator shall not be liable for any additional costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the client as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling a flight.

4) Non-Refundable Services

  • All flights not canceled by the operator in accordance with Section 2 are considered non-refundable.
  • Failure to appear for the scheduled flight, or inability to fly due to non-compliance with operator requirements (e.g., weight, safety restrictions, or documentation), shall not entitle the client to a refund or rescheduling.
